By creating an account or using ReelCall ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelCall is an AI-powered video knowledge platform that allows users to save, analyze, and interact with YouTube video content through AI-generated summaries, key points, and Q&A. The Service is intended for personal educational and informational use.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Upload or share content that violates third-party rights
Abuse the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ReelCall offers a free trial (30 videos, 60 days) and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Your subscription price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and resubscribe, current pricing applies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

ReelCall analyzes publicly available YouTube videos. All original video content belongs to the respective creators and platforms. ReelCall's AI-generated summaries and analyses are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute the original content.

You retain ownership of any personal notes and Q&A you create in the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. ReelCall is not responsible for the accuracy of summaries or credibility assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReelCall's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
